About Winngs
Winngs is a food delivery company based in Surat, Gujarat, India. It operates the Winngs app — a food ordering and delivery platform serving 240+ restaurants across Surat with the lowest platform fee of any food delivery app in India.
Why Winngs was built
Winngs was founded after observing that food delivery apps in India routinely charge customers more than restaurant menu prices — through inflated menu prices, platform fees, delivery surcharges, and packaging fees stacked on top of each other.
Winngs was built to fix this for Surat: a single ₹6 platform fee, no delivery fee within 5 km, and an Honest Pricing policy — menu prices set by restaurant partners with no markup added by Winngs.
What makes Winngs different
Honest Pricing
Menu prices on Winngs are set by restaurant partners. Winngs does not add a markup on top of restaurant prices — the only charge Winngs adds is the ₹6 platform fee. Prices are verified with restaurant partners at onboarding.
₹6 Platform Fee
Winngs charges ₹6 platform fee per order. There is no delivery fee within 5 km, no packaging fee, and no surge pricing at any time.
Free Delivery up to 5 km
All orders within 5 km of the restaurant are delivered free. No minimum order threshold for free delivery. No hidden delivery charges appear at checkout.
Live Prep Reels
Restaurant partners post short real-time videos of dishes being prepared in the kitchen. Customers can watch their food being cooked before and during their order — a transparency feature unique to Winngs.
Jain & Swaminarayan Filters
Winngs has built-in dietary filters for Jain, Swaminarayan, and Pure Veg preferences. Users can browse only restaurants and dishes that comply with their dietary guidelines — not as an afterthought, but as a first-class feature.
Surat-only focus
Winngs operates exclusively in Surat. This allows faster restaurant onboarding, better delivery network density, and a team that knows Surat's cuisine, areas, and customer habits — something a pan-India platform cannot replicate.
Where Winngs delivers in Surat
Winngs currently operates across 17 areas in Surat, with free delivery within 5 km of any partner restaurant.
