What makes Winngs different — in detail
Honest Pricing
Menu prices on Winngs are set by restaurant partners. Winngs does not add a platform markup on top of restaurant prices. The only charge Winngs adds to every order is the ₹6 platform fee. Prices are verified with restaurant partners at onboarding.
₹6 Platform Fee — Fixed, Always
Winngs charges ₹6 platform fee on every order, regardless of time, weather, or demand. Winngs does not apply surge pricing. The fee is the same at 2 PM on a weekday as it is at 8 PM during rain.
Free Delivery within 5 km
All orders delivered within 5 km of the restaurant are delivered free. There is no minimum order amount to unlock free delivery, and no delivery partner fee is ever added to the bill.
Live Prep Reels
Restaurant partners upload short videos of dishes being prepared in their kitchen. Customers can watch the food being made before and during their order. This level of kitchen transparency is unique to Winngs in Surat.
Jain & Swaminarayan Filters
A built-in dietary filter lets users browse only restaurants and dishes that comply with Jain or Swaminarayan dietary guidelines. This filter accounts for root vegetables, specific ingredient restrictions, and preparation methods — not just a veg/non-veg toggle.
Surat-Only Network
Winngs operates exclusively in Surat. The delivery network, restaurant onboarding team, and support staff all work within Surat. This allows shorter delivery times, faster issue resolution, and restaurant relationships a pan-India platform cannot develop.
